Adam Teicher from KcStar thinks Chiefs go WR in 2nd round.

Troy Williamson. The guy from Indiana. Roby. looks interesting. |

I'd rather have the better of the 2 Indiana (state of) receivers.

I think Roby's a reach in round 2. I'd rather have Williamson or Henry.

Teicher is an idiot, but Williamson would be a beast in this offense.
I'd rather have that 2nd rounder out the door for Surtain though. |

I'd rather use the 2nd rounder on the best defensive player available.

If we were any smart, we'd trade our 2nd for Surtain, trade down to the end of the first, pick up a second rounder, draft Clayton or Williamson, then draft D in the 2nd. Of course that would happen if we were smart.

Being a Hoosier I'm a huge Roby fan....He is IU's all time leading receiver and that is saying a bunch considering IU had Ernie Jones(2nd round pick of the Cards), Thomas Lewis(1st round pick of the Giants) and a couple other really good WR's over the years...But when you factor in that he spent two of his years with a very bad QB in Matt Lovechio throwing to him and not much else to help balance the attack speaks volumes for Courtney. If you ask me if he is worth a mid 2nd round pick, talent wise I would say absolutely, if you ask me if I thought he would go by the middle of the 2nd round just a few months ago I would say no...
If the Chiefs got him in the 2nd round I think we wouldn't be disappointed. Would love him in the 4th but after he blistered that 4.3 at the combine we can kiss the 4th round possibility good bye.
