Carl finally did it.

I'll give him props for getting this done, and for the earlier signings of Bell and Knight.

Now it's up to Carl to make the right moves in the draft tomorrow to continue the defensive upgrades.

This really gives us options tomorrow.

Carl still doesn't get a pass, though.
He ain't won nuthin' yet.
He does have the boat sailing in the right direction.
