I was thinking about using this emergency welder .

Seems pretty easy to use and is based on traditional battery welding. Just needed to weld a few metal parts together so I don't need to buy a mig or torch. |

The last time I welded something it was an electric cord to a toaster oven. And it wasn't on purpose.
