What is your car/truck (combined) MPG
With the price of gas going sky high I was wondering what everyones car/truck (combined) MPG was.
You can find it at this web site. http://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/findacar.htm My Ford Thunderbird sucks at 19 MPG |

My wife's car, a 2006 CR-V gets 24 mpg running around town and about 27 highway, so the site's listing of 25 combined is about right. |

Yes I am. I find it to be a very dependable car. It's not a camaro but it goes as fast as I want it too. I just think of it this way. I pay half (or less) of what most other people do to drive the same distance. At 3.00 per gallon, it's a great car. |

According to that site, my 2003 Ford F150 is supposed to get 16 and 20. However, my own calculations have shown it to get 13 and 15.

My 94 GMC Suburban w/ 42 gallon tank gets 14 mpg combined.
It's always a special treat when I can find a pump that doesn't auto shut off at $75, and I get the thrill of hitting triple digits when I fill up. Fortunately, most weeks I don't even put 75 miles on it. |

Gas prices are going crazy! Fortunately I don't have to drive that much, just for the normal errands and to work/home.
03 Mustang GT, my car - 18 city 26 highway. Pretty accarate, last trip I took I did average 26 mpg. But the city all depends on how I drive and I didn't get the car to drive it like an old lady. 04 Escape, wife's rig - 19 city 25 highway. I got 28 mpg on a trip to Ohio one time, had one heck of a tail wind. Another time right after Katrina hit I went from FT. Campbell, KY to Columbia MO on one tank, didn't take the time to figure out the milage but that was unbelievable. Again had really strong tail winds. |
