Actually I like the 3 on 3 I had a great run * not that sore.
My cardio is really coming along nicely.

I'm not sore but my stamina blows. I play well when I'm fresh but then it gets ugly when I'm tired.

I guess Mellow is gonna be sore. I consider us even for the massive bruise he inflicted last time.

Fun times, gents. Looks like Dunit will be out next week. He's a pretty good athlete from what I can recall when he played with us 3 years ago.

I feel bad because i elbowed him too, just not as hard as you... i dont have that much strength like the grand phobia...

He took it out on you there as well, so i figured you are probably good for another cheapshot phobia...

If you're playing physical bump & run then you forfeit your right to be upset with you get cracked when a WR fights his way free. I've never, ever intentionally hurt anybody playing football and I never will but if you tangle with me and get nicked, that's on you.

FYI: I play tackle with you guys I'm going to actually kneel and I'll be considered down. One of you guys cheap shot me (while kneeling) we're fighting.

Other than that. Expect me to be like Chris Carter (catch nothing but touchdowns).
