There was a pretty good article in SI a while back about the shooting in Philly he was accused of being involved in.

There was lots of evidence against him, but in the end the D.A. said the reason charges weren't brought against him was because lack of a "credible witness" Pretty much everyone who saw anything has some sort of criminal record.

However, there has been a civil suit brought against Marvin in this case.

The article spoke of how Harrison pretty much spends all of his time at his old neighborhood bar/area every off season and it's no secret that he is packing at least one weapon when he is at his bar.

Makes ya wonder if this wouldn't bother NFL GM's and he is physically ok why Andy Reid and the Eagles wouldn't pick up the home town boy to help McNabb get his SB. Afterall, they took a chance on you know who.....
