I like Charles, but I like Battle at 2nd string, too. Battle runs hard. He runs like LJ used to run. I like the idea of hammering away at the defense with big RB's. We need to be more physical.

I should have said perceived lack of athleticism or lack of great athleticism. He's athletic, but not as athletic as a lot of guys.

I would guess because don't plan to feature the tight end as much now that Tony G is gone. Many of those looks will probably be going to the slot or FB.
