Pickled eggs recipe request.

Okay, trying to up my intake of protein. I drink two protein shakes a day after each of my workouts, but looking for a good protein snack, that I actually like.

I hate standard hard cooked eggs. I have two current batches of pickled eggs currently and both are good, but I was looking to see if there is anyone on the board that has a great recipe that they just love.

Spice up your weekend by making Egg Salad. First go to the store and get your ingediants. Get some Eggs. Get some Mayonaise. Get some salt and pepper even if you like. Then go home. Boil the eggs. Then peel them. Put them in a bowl. Chop them up. Now is when you put in the mayonaise. Mix it up. Did you remember to get bread when you were at the store? After all this you might be very tired but you'll have a great story to tell monday morning at work.

Actually, between the one scoop shake in the morning and the two scoop shake at night... I am doing about 73 grams just in the shakes, plus the milk it is in. I am trying to get 100-150 grams of protein per day.

I figure I am going to snack anyways, I might as well make it a protein rich snack.

As far as my goal.... I have gotten pretty weak since college. I can barely bench my body weight. (195)... and I want to bench 300.

I am 35 years old, so once I hit 40, any chance of substantial gains will decrease rapidly as the typical male produces less testoterone after 40.

Anyone ever go to Slagel meat market back when? they had a jar of pickled eggs that sat on the counter for 20 years. id given a hundred dollars to see a man eat one.
