So...what the heck do we call this year?

It's been easy to figure out what to call the years for most of our lifetimes. 1932 was "thirty-two." 1999 was "ninety-nine." 2008 was "oh-eight."

So what the heck do we call 2010? Poll on its way.

An ad for the track on KC radio has been referring to it as oh-ten for several months.

Oh Ten?

At least the others make a little bit of sense... I'm going with twenty ten.

I'm more worried about what we call the decade that just passed. From 1990-1999 we had the "nineties," the "eighties" before that, etc. The hell are we calling 2000-2009?

As for 2010, **** all that good grammar & whatever everyone else is doing ****, I'm calling it 2K10.

By December, it'll just be a T sound. "What year is it?" "Ttt."
