I am not Haley's biggest fan. I am typically of the mindset that you give a coach three years. But, I have said I wouldn't be dissapointed if Haley were fired after this year. With that said, I am mildly encouraged by the increase in win total and the performance in the final game of the season. But, it does not absolve him of all blame for the early part of the season.

He is a rookie head coach, and I do think hiring an OC, and a new DC will help. I hope he is successful, because I like many things about his personality.

I don't think he gets more than this year if the Chiefs aren't at least 8-8. And, I don't think he should. The Chiefs could have been 6-10 pretty easy with better coaching.

I am not be his biggest fan either....but I would rather have him over the Denver coach who some how fugged away a 6-0 record to be one of the biggest laughing stocks at the end.
