Real Deck Online Blackjack

I'm looking for a free practice blackjack game to play on the internet to hone my skills. The one on this site is great, but it doesn't account for a real deck and each hand the "deck" is reset. I am trying to learn how to count cards and beat the game. Any help would be much appreciated.

Using card counting to beat the game is super easy. All you need is a multi-million dollar bankroll and a team consisting of the most brilliant mathematical minds on the planet.

I would think that anyone who met that description would be able to locate an online blackjack game on the internet by themselves, though.

You don't actually have to be smart to count cards, and you don't absolutely need a team. I think you've seen 21 a little too much. The hi-low system is easy, it just takes practice to not get distracted and for it to come second nature. I'm just getting sick of dealing cards to myself. I'm sure I can't do it in a casino yet, but even when I do I don't want to get kicked out by appearing in a trance as the cards come up. That is where the practice comes in. Most card counters lose anyway, but it'd be fun to give it a shot as a hobby.

ultimatebet.com has play money blackjack that seems pretty realistic. Since they also offer the same game for $$$, I believe the decks are cut & shuffled as in a casino. Certainly worth a shot.

You aren't going to get thrown out of a casino for staring at the cards. They might laugh you out, though. A hobby is one thing. You mentioned that you were trying to beat the game. Here's a newsflash. You aren't going to beat the game.

There's a reason those MIT kids became so famous. They were the exception even among the exceptions. Vegas loves card counters. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Every dumbass dealing himself cards on the plane ride to Vegas in order to "brush up" on their skills is like an ATM for the casinos.

This is why I've pretty much completely dropped blackjack for poker. At least with poker, the odds are NOT with the house.
