I'm sitting 3-0 right now and leading the league, but I'm wondering if there is anything I can do to improve my squad:

Looks to me like you're bragging. What is it, a 6 team league?

I might trade a SP for some better position players'. I already dropped Quentin & Bay's been riding my bench although he's startin' to come around.. You're pitching is flat loaded.

If RP Tyler Clippard's available I'd jump on him. In the points league I'm in he's the #1 guy, surprising since he's only 48% owned.

10 Team league... There are a few idiots who don't have full rosters. I'll check on Clippard, though I wouldn't have any idea on what position player to trade for / the pitcher I'd give up. A Greinke trade should've been made before Satan and all his Minions discovered that Zack will be torpedoed by his bullpen all damned year, but I feel like that would just come back to bite me in the ass.
