Chiefs need to still learn the lesson of......

not playing down to their competition. They are still learning how to win and part of that process is taking care of business "early" against a lesser opponent especially at home.

Crennel was smart "not stacking the box" today allowing Moreno to get his yds because he knows that Moreno doesn't have JC type speed to take it to the house. Knowing this and also having McGraw back in the line up to provide for wiser better safety play against the pass which is Denver's "bread and butter" allowed Carr to have his "shut down" day. Crennel played it smart and didn't get sucked in to stuffing the run at all cost knowing his D-line and pass rush is mediocre at best

It is clear that McKid's overhaul of this Broncos team has failed miserably reducing the talent level so much so that when the opponent has a Murphy's law type of game that provided soooooooo many opportunities both offensively and defensively to capitalize on but CAN"T means a change needs to occur.

We tried giving this game away but the Broncos rejected it even more than we wanted to give it so I will take this ugly win.

I wonder if SB winning coaches and players who have 'consistently' won SBs in the past are 'consistently picky' as you say in order to be SB Champions??

Ya THINK?????

Take your mediocre attitude to the next level 'Bad Guy' and maybe you might become 'Good'.

**** yourself with a tetanus laced shovel.

What you fail to realize, penis shrink, is that this team wasn't going to go from cellar dwellar to world dominator in one year. I accept wins as they come. There's no extra points for style wins.

The SB champs lost to the Browns at home. Teams aren't going to blow everyone out and gritty wins are just as good as 40 point wins.

I don't accept any mediocrity. I just know that winning in the NFL isn't anyones right and I enjoy winning games after the debacle that was the last 3 seasons.

The Denver game was disappointing and somewhat concerning considering all the circumstances going into that game which should have been a much different score IMO.

Yes a win is a win and Oakland gave us a nice unexpected present and I should be grateful which I am but that Denver game should've not been that difficult.
You are, beyond any shadow of a doubt, the dumbest piece of shit to have exited the womb.

There isn't any anxiety, simply the sure and certain knowledge that this is a team that is still learning how to win, and some dumbass who thinks he has some insight to the human psyche spewing stupid shit.

Never said they would this yr but you always have to aim high "at all times" and the sooner you become "picky" as you say the sooner you become a "champion".

And as you say, 3yrs is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too long for tolerating consistent bad play whether physical or mental and more often than not both, is all I am saying.

I get your point but I want it "sooner" than "later". How about we don't accept mediocre mental play "sooner" than "later" especially against inferior teams at home????

You don't have any choice but to accept exactly what the team gives you.

And besides... the Chiefs didn't "play down" in that game. They held the 4th rated passing offense to 117 yards. They held a team that averages 21 points per game to 6 points. They rushed for 185 yards. They led time of possession by 15 minutes.

The Chiefs dominated the Broncos for 3 quarters. Realistically, they played poorly for a stretch of about 6 plays, and otherwise controlled the game.

It's a division game. Expect scores of that nature.

That said, dominating TOP and putting up only 10 IS pretty ****ing sad.

But! That's why grow and get better.
