I can't believe Marvin Lewis didn't get fired.

Jeff Fisher is one of the most overrated coaches in NFL history.

He is the definition of mediocre - 6 winning seasons in 16 years yet gets a pass routinely in Nashville because he clung to the pubes of McNair.

I can't believe he decided to stay.

He's in a bad situation, with an owner/GM who's a piss poor talent evaluator and isn't concerned with character.

Lewis has been quiet about his disagreement with the FO philosophy, but it has been reported that he wanted better character, and in an interview with Mike and Mike yesterday, he seemed to imply that was one of the condiotions of remaining.

He also want Brown to hire more scouts. Brown has one of the smallest scouting staffs in the NFL.
