KC/NE: Chiefs weren't bad (and, no, I'm not reeruned)

I know it looked bad on TV. And on the scoreboard. But from inside the stadium it looked different. The Chiefs D did a good job pressuring the Pats in the first half. They had two blown plays against Gronk and he made them pay. On offense, Palko looked much better than Cassel; considering the circumstances (thrown into starting @ NE on MNF) he looked decent. He had two tipped-ball INTs that could've been caught, and one Casselish INT in the EZ. I said the Chiefs had to play perfect, which they didn't, but the story of this game was basically two passes to Gronk, a PR by Edelman, and two tipped INTs.

Why, did they shorten the season to 10 games when I wasn't looking? There are 6 more to go, you know. Are the Raiders, Broncos, and Chargers so awesome?

Remaining games:

Raiders: Chi, @ Mia, @ GB, Det, @ KC, SD. That's ****ing brutal. Going to Soldier Field is not a gimme even without Cutler. The way Miami's playing, that game won't be easy. At Green Bay, they'll get their ass pounded. Detroit is another tough one. They finish up with two divisionals, meaning their destiny might be well out of their control by then.

Broncos: @ SD, @ Minn, Chi, NE, @ Buff, KC. Easier than Oakland's but no cakewalk. The Chargers are schitzo enough to blow them out with that SD offense. The Vikings is probably a win. The Bears won't be easy. Neither will New England's offense. Buffalo can be pesky especially at home. They finish with KC.

Chargers: Den, @ Jax, Buff, Balt, @ Det, @ Oak. Probably the easiest of the bunch but, still, they have to deal with the Ravens D and playing at Detroit. And they are dead even with KC (4-6, and 1-1 H2H) so if KC takes care of their own business they have little to worry about.

What do you expect the outcome to be even if we do go 9-7 and make the playoffs? We got blown out my Buffalo and Miami for Christ's sake. AT HOME.

Of course, this is a ridiculous discussion anyway. The Chiefs won't win more than 2 remaining games with Palko at QB. He's your "hope" for the playoffs.
