I'm warming to the idea of Brockers if we are locked into the #11 slot as well. Brockers, Bailey, and Jackson could be a nice rotation for the next several years there. And I am still not convinced that moving Dorsey to the NT position and keeping him if he plays well there is not a bad option either. Dorsey, Powe, Gordon, and possibly even Greg should be a nice interior rotation.

1) Tannehill 2) Ingram 3) DeCastro 4) Kuechly I'm going to get groans for saying Tannehill, but I'm sick of drafting a loudmouth WR in the first round and having the Chiefs front office go, "YA'LL WANTED RISK? WELL HERE'S YOUR ****ING RISK. WE CARE ABOUT THE FRANCHISE. SEE? NOW LET US GO BACK TO DRAFTING NOTHING BUT DEFENSIVE LINEMEN." Show me you really care and roll the dice on a guy who could be really ****ing good. And contrary to popular belief around the draftmosphere, I definitely think there's a good chance of Tannehill straight-up falling to us at 11. I don't think we'll have to trade up to go get him. I'm high enough on Crick that I believe he can be the gap shooter on the defensive line than Dorsey is not. His ceiling isn't anywhere close to Brockers', but I don't think we need that out of our #11 overall pick. A draft that goes something like this would leave me pretty ****ing ecstatic. And this is all assuming that Pioli doesn't try to trade down, which I definitely believe he'll try to do at least once in this draft, if not in the first round then in the middle rounds. 1) Tannehill 2) Crick 3) Ta'amu/Chapman 4) Saulsberry/Molk 5) Trenton Robinson 6) Some guy 7a) Some guy 7b) Some guy |

If he falls to us, that means Tannehill's former coach, the Dolphins' OC, passed on him. Red flags abound. And by the way, if Richardson or Claiborne fall to us, we're definitely trading down. |

You put up a good talk, Direckshun, but just becase you have all of Chiefs Planet fooled doesn't mean I am. I can see around your emotional defense mechanism of sarcasm, mixed feelings, false acceptance, and (dare I say?) jealousy. And between those bars I can see the true you, and that's a giant stuffed teddy bear who needs a giant hug in the worst way.

It would be nice but we aren't picking Tannehill, it's useless to talk about. We are married to Cassel.

I know exactly where the chiefs must go in the draft: to the guy to whom they hand the picks.

It was also in last place because (arguably...) the best player on offense and the best player on defense were both lost for the year very early on. That's two starting spots right there that will be upgraded without the draft. And you can add the new right tackle to that. People talk a lot about the roster like it's strewn with holes, but I just don't see it. On the d-line you have the nose, on the o-line you have center, receiver is solid, running back is solid, tight end is solid, cornerback is solid, OLB is solid, ILB could use some depth but that's not an 11th pick thing, safety is solid. And then there's QB.
