Building a team around a scrap heap QB who had a good college career but like so many others could not parlay that into a starting job in the NFL does not really sound like a good plan sofar but, I digress.

Do you keep Pussholy and crennel & what round are you taking a QB?

I'll tell you right now. VY and Chris Johnson were a lethal combination in TN, going 12-6 in 2009-10 on teams that were 2-12 when VY didn't start. VY and Jamaal Charles would wreck shop. And VY has one of the best deep ball %'s in the NFL. The whole offense opens up when you put him in.

ESPN QBR for VY's final two seasons in TN:

2009

1. Peyton Manning - 82.9
2. Drew Brees - 79.7
3. Philip Rivers - 74.7
4. Vince Young - 70.3
5. Matt Schaub - 70.3
6. Aaron Rodgers - 70.2
7. Eli Manning - 69.8
8. Ben Roethlisberger - 67.3
9. Kurt Warner - 67.3
10. Brett Favre - 66.4

2010

1. Tom Brady - 76.8
2. Vince Young - 70.6
3. Matt Ryan - 69.5
4. Aaron Rodgers - 69.2
5. Peyton Manning - 68.6
6. Michael Vick - 68.0
7. Eli Manning - 65.9
8. Drew Brees - 65.3
9. Josh Freeman - 64.7
10. Ben Roethlisberger - 64.1
My God!! You have opened my eyes!! Never mind that I live outside of Nashville and saw VY's act first hand the stats just don't lie!!

VY is needs to go to the top of every QB list ever!!

We need to call in the Justice department to investigate the travesty of 32 NFL team NOT signing VY!!

I mean it can't be anything other than a conspiracy by the MAN to keep VY from starting the NFL and staking his claim as greatest QB EVER!!!!

Instead of assuming that every NFL GM is right about everything (which is clearly an erroneous assumption) why don't you make substantive arguments against VY?

There is not another QB out there with VY's resume who is not starting. There is no question he is more accomplished than Cassel and Quinn put together. I think bringing him in now during the bye week is a no brainer. Of course that is not taking Pioli's ego into consideration.

Ok try this on for size; Cassel craps his pants at the first sign of pressure. VY goes off and cries in the corner at the first sign of the fans turning on him. His ego is a fragile as an eggshell and cracks under the first time anyone boos him.

You want that under center?

That is not true. VY is a winner and a warrior. You're stating what Fisher wanted the media to believe. VY yelled back at Fisher in the locker room for not letting him finish in a winnable game. Fisher didn't want VY from the beginning and it ate at him that VY proved him wrong on the field.

Try this on for size: How do you explain that over the three seasons TN had terrible defenses ranked 26th or lower, the Titans were 20-11 with VY starting and 2-15 when he didn't?

I'll answer with this; Doug Flutie had a winning record in Buffalo. So what?

You didn't answer. Why were they so bad without him? Same defense, same Chris Johnson, and they sucked (and still suck) without VY. Explain that.

No team has ever sucked with VY as their QB. He is worth bringing in. It's a no brainer at this point.
