Infared or not?
I'm looking to upgrade my grill and the seasonal deals are starting to roll in and I'm trying to decide between a char broil commercial series or a char broil commercial series infared.

There is about a $100 difference between the two models.

I figured that I'd get some opinions from you guys before I make my decision.

Thoughts on if it's worth the extra cash as I've never owned or even used an infared grill.

That's the only thing I don't like about the infared ones. That steel stuff under the cast iron grates (that are porcelain coated) with the tiny holes is right there and I can see that being a big pain in the ass to keep clean.

Home Depot sells the models that have the trough with a cast iron grate. go there.
