Concise Scenario: New gf of 2.5 months. The first couple weeks, we went at it like animals. Naturally, we had sex every time we got the chance. Every other relationship of mine has started as such and tapered down to 2-3X per week. However, we are still going steady at ~5. It's much better than too little sex, but holy hell. She initiates it more frequently than I, and I have found that she will start things if I don't. Frankly, 5X per week for 2.5 months is tiring, and she hasn't shown any signs of slowing up. She sleeps at my apartment almost every night because her roommate is really loud and bitchy, so I can't really tell her not to come over without feeling like an inconsiderate prick.

My question: how do I initiate the conversation without biting the hand that overfeeds me?

Never had a problem with a chick wanting me to look like a glazed doughnut. Got 99 problems, that aint one of them.
