70? If I have to work a day past my 58th birthday, I'm going to be really pissed.

Maybe we will fall in love with Montana in a couple of weeks and decide to build a log cabin home in the mountains.

The Montana option would be one hell of a lot cheaper. Not sure how your joints would adapt to 5 month long winters as you'd age.
