Royals just getting back to playing in central time zone so now they get back to playing on their timeframe and playing loose.

SNR is now a welcome addition to Chiefsplanet's rotation of Royals game thread starters. I'm 3-1 on the season.

I went to bed once it was 6-3 Nats. When I woke up and checked the score this morning, I damn near fell over. Couldn't believe we pulled out a late game win with how shitty we've been playing the last week and a half.

The K was electric last night. It did get a little deflated heading into the 8th, but once the line started moving, the crowd woke back up. During Infante's at bat, I was wondering why Colon was still on deck (hadn't heard about Moose's hand), then when Omar struck out I saw CC turn and head straight for the dugout. I knew Moose was coming out to pinch hit and started with the Moose call. Then he trotted out, and the whole crowd started. The people sitting behind me were in town on business. They were from Mississippi and were very friendly throughout the whole game. I had to laugh when one of them asked me "Who the hell ya'all booing?" Great to see this comeback win, and even better I got to see it in person. I would dispute the 33k in attendance number though. I was in the lower bowl, a few rows back out by the right field foul pole, and there were 2 other people in our entire row. It wasn't crowded at all really.

And to the unquotable troll saying they aren't/haven't been that good: You don't luck your way into back to back pennants, and a world championship. This team is good, and will return to form before long.

Forgot about the BJ's. The rest are ancient history before real playoffs. It's so much harder now to win a World Series then it used to be.
