Missouri CAN be a top 30 program with an effective coach in place. It might even be capable of a bit more. Pinkel made it a top 30 program... someone with Pinkel's strengths who also recruits a little bit better could make it a top 20 type job. Drinkwitz shows some early signs of being that guy.

I mentioned hiring Arroyo (hired an energetic, highly sought assistant as head coach). Their football program has been garbage for a long time, but she hired a coach she could sell to the fanbase, and then sold it (fundraising, ticket sales way up).

Her track record in basketball is inheriting Marvin Menzies, moving on from him for a young up-and-comer who played two mostly mediocre seasons into a spot at Iowa State (hired away by a very good AD, which is telling, IMO).

I think landing Kevin Kruger was a nice choice. Kruger was an alum, which helped, but also is going to do good things there.
