Rush has always been polarizing. Some people love and some hate. Though I am not nor was a huge fan, I like a number of their songs, especially "Trees". It starts out sounding like an Ole English ministerial song and ends with a surprise. So I appreciate their ability.

Through the years Rush has grown on me. Wasn’t a big fan in my youth at their pinnacle of rock music. Had many friends that loved them and I was meh.
Kind of fun having new ears for this.

apparently his singing voice comes from when they started out, the only way he could be heard through their shitty PA was by singing falsetto so he just kept doing that forever
