I didn’t realize how much even a recovered RB can regress after a high ankle sprain until I saw ekeler. Talk about a dude that washed overnight. I don’t know if with time ekeler can get that back. Ceh had the luxury of being a backup and getting way more rest and recovery than the average rb.
But even still I think he’s a way different rb. Early in his career I think he thought of himself as a one cut burst back. He doesnt have elite vision. So just run decisively forward and get stronger to plow through some guys. And that seems like what he’s done. So while I feel like it’s both health and adjustments, I feel like the adjustments play a way bigger part
