Main problem I have with Pizza Hit now versus the old days is the dough. Their bread sticks and pan pizza ALWAYS had a nice fresh crunch with a soft inside until they switched to frozen dough. Now more often than not it's like trying to bite off a piece of a leather shoe. I'm guessing some locations are better than others in their prep, but the one by me it's basically a 1 in 4 chance you are getting bread that doesn't try to pull your teeth out.
