That's definitely what it sounded like to me. I thought for sure that Gastineau was going to tackle Favre right there.

They might have had to call Favre in the grasp, though. Gastineau is a lot bigger, but I can't see him actually bringing Favre to the ground given what they look like in that exchange.

Gastineau was one of the most annoying players of his era. I ranked him right up there with Lyle Alzado and Howie Long and Lester Hayes. None of those guys had a single redeeming quality.
