Advice for possibly the worst fantasy baseball team I have ever had

I have a decision I have to make for a very poor fantasy baseball team. This team is now a likely basement dweller due to being very dominant the last four years. I have won the league twice and finished second twice in the last four years. In order to keep this up I have shipped off my stud keepers(T. Hanson, Wieters, J. Upton, Kemp, Kershaw and Broxton have all been traded away at the dealine in the last couple of years) at the trade deadline for stud talent that can't or does not make sense to keep.

Now, the draft was last night and somehow the commish and I both made an oversight. Robinson Cano and Ryan Zimmerman were both kept on my roster as fourth round picks. I could let go for Wright(my second rounder) and keep Cano. Here is my team and I will have to let go of one player and he will be kept out of the player pool for this year.

3B: Ryan Zimmerman, David Wright,
MI: Miguel Tejada
CI: Ryan Howard
OF: Carl Crawford, Johnny Damon, Ryan Ludwick, Connor Jackson

SP: J. De La Rosa, G. Floyd, J. Lackey, R. Oswalt, K. Slowey, F. Liriano, J. Pinero, B. Sheets, C. Tillman
RP: M. Rivera, J. Soria, L. Nunez, H. Street

So, what it boils down to is I can let go of either Robinson Cano, Ryan Zimmerman or David Wright. As I look at it, my middle infield is absolute garbage right now, so I pretty much have to keep Cano. I am leaning toward letting go of David Wright. Surely he will be better than last year, but at this point I think Zimmerman is a better option at 3B than Wright.
