Mine was $4700. 95% Trane furnace, coil, Trane 2 1/2 ton 18 seer AC, Nexia WiFi thermostat. Of course, my wife's family owns the HVAC company, so I got a huge discount. $550 back from the gas company as well. Free labor, at cost.

I can control my stat from my phone. It's nice.
