  • rebuilt the entire defense in a single offseason
  • traded for and signed Frank Clark
  • signed Tyrann Mathieu
  • signed Bashaud Breeland
  • signed Damien Wilson
  • signed Alex Okafor
  • cut Justin Houston
  • cut Eric Berry
  • traded Dee Ford for a future 2nd
  • traded Eric Murray for Emmanuel Ogbah
  • drafted Mecole Hardman, Juan Thornhill, Khalen Saunders, Rashad Fenton, Darwin Thompson, Nick Allegretti
  • during the season, scooped up Matt Moore, Steve Wisniewski & Terrell Suggs
2020:
  • kept 21 out of 22 starters with no cap space
  • extends Mahomes to a 12 year deal
  • extends Chris Jones to a 4 year deal
  • keeps Demarcus Robinson for pennies on the dollar
  • keeps Bashaud Breeland for pennies on the dollar
  • keeps Mike Pennel for pennies on the dollar

Veach didn't whiff on a single goddamn 2019 move. Not a single one. The rebuilding of that defense is the single most impressive piece of GMing I think I've ever seen.

Both were equally great. I'd say 2020 slightly better because of the better draft. We got more talent in this draft than last.

How to you judge a draft without playing any games yet? Ive seen drafts on paper look great on draft day and then shit the bed as the seasons play out.
