F1 Legend Niki Lauda dead at 70
I really was never a big F1 racing fan but I remember the guy and the fiery crash and his return 6 weeks later. I watched a interview on Fox Sports by Graham Bensinger and I thought wow this here is a real man. I rented the movie Rush after this interview and though wow I really missed out on this rivalry between Hunt and Lauda.
Anyway RIP Mr Lauda https://www.foxsports.com.au/motorsp...15e-1558405769 |

I have no interest in F1 either, but I thought Rush was one of the most amazing movies ever. Visually it was amazing. I had no clue who the people in it were, then I done research after and it was incredible how much the actors looked like the real people it was based on. Even some of the racing scenes were spot on with the real life events. Classic. RIP

I was flipping through channels a couple of years ago and I came across Rush, I think it was ESPN. I had no idea what it was about, but it had my interest. Great story, if you get a chance it's available on youtube.

When I lived in Austria I accused people of driving like Lauda. 10 minutes to the next village but had to be there in 6.
Lauda was as big as Franz klammer and Schwarzenegger.
