What oddities do you have in your house?
We've got some oddities.

1. A five-foot Egyptian god statue (mine)

2. A Victorian doll head impaled on a stick that I think has real human hair (my wife's, given to us by her mother).

3. A six-foot cat tree (my cats' - Christmas gift)

4. An original painting of a woman holding a small dog and standing in front of an AMC Gremlin (we saw it at an antique store and couldn't resist)

5. My wife has a pair of earrings that are 3-D holographic eyes (gift from me, but for some reason she only wears them on Halloween).

I have a small statue of the Brain from Pinky and the Brain that my wife bought for me after I gave one to my best man as the gift.

I have a "Packard Approved Service" tin sign that I really, really wanted to hang above the bed.

I'm sure there is more, but I'm tired and can't think of any more.

Not my own but I built for my mother (who has about 100 nutcrackers) a 7 foot tall nut cracker for her to display in their entry window (9 foot tall window) during the holiday.

as for me, my wife would claim that I am the oddity. Cant say I disagree.

It's almost a dead ringer for this statue, but the base on ours isn't so deep, and it's got more color.
