CJ Spiller has been "an unbelievable surprise"

Any chance he actually ends up making the team? West looked to be pretty lacking last week, though the OL obviously wasn't helping much.

https://www.arrowheadpride.com/2017/...vable-surprise

“CJ Spiller has been an unbelievable surprise,” Bieniemy said. “He has been healthy. If you haven’t noticed, he is pretty fast. He is pretty fast, pretty explosive. He does a great job in the run game. He has been doing a great job picking up the offense and I cannot complain.”

Bieniemy said that he can’t speak to Spiller’s past, which is that of a back who hasn’t rushed for over 300 yards since 2013. He can only speak to what he’s seen with Spiller in training camp.

“He comes to work every single day and does a great job of asking questions in the classroom,” Bieniemy said. “He does a great job of taking notes and then he comes out here and he works his tail off as if he was a rookie. He is one of those guys who comes early and stays late.”

Bye bye, Charcandrick. I'll always remember you fondly for that 80 yard TD reception against the Donks.

He has a 1.1 mil cap hit. He will stay. Chiefs kept 6 RBs the year they had McKnight

Then we need to see it against the Bengals. He has to show the talent and the ability to stay healthy before we commit a regular season roster spot to him. It appears that RB is a position of weakness for us. Hopefully, they will show us Hunt and Spiller and change that.

We have 7 million in cap room. If he is not one of the best RBs then cut him.

Dane's trigger word- Spiller.

He will be along shortly with Spiller's stats that he must have memorized since he posts them every time someone mentions Spiller looking great in camp.

It's not his ability, you butt****ing moron, it's about his ability to stay healthy, something he's be unable to do since 2013.

Idiot.

Man, TJ Ward wasn't even close to an NFL player on that play. He looked like someone who had been pulled out of the stands and thrown onto the field. He made a pretty vicious punch at the end, though.

I hope West does well in training camp. He came through in the clutch for us a couple of years ago.
