What country has the most interesting shape?

If you combine North and South Korea, they look like a bunny rabbit.

For a time period before WWII, after Germany had taken over Austria and before they took the Czechs, they looked uncannily like a wolf's head.

And of course, any discussion of country shape must give a nod to Chile, which was smart enough to invest only in beachfront property.
