At this point in the season, what changes would you like to see?

Any particular offensive, defensive, or special teams philosophy that you think would help us? More or less of a particular play? Changes to the depth chart? If you were the Chiefs' coach/GM, what would you be doing at this point?

Please keep any personnel changes realistic. Please note that the trade deadline has passed and that Terrell Owens remains under contract.

Tynes should be instructed to kick every kick-off out of bounds so we can keep the opponents on their side of the 50.

I would like to see a healthy Barber to replace Bell for now in the base 4-3. We would only bring Bell in to be an MLB in the 3-4 or to rush the QB.

I would also like to see a healthy Carlos Hall starting over Eric Hicks.

2. Disguise blitzes better
3. Fire Ganz, Jr.

I'd like to see us spend some of next year's free agent $$$ to send our team doctor to China to find a magic herb to cure Willie Roaf's tear.

CB's get in the face of the recievers and disrupt their timing off the ball.

A little more smash mouth football and then the play action pass

Carlos Rogers playing more often

Blitz Bell and quit pulling him out in passing situations

Tape up Roafs hammy and give him a shot and tell him to get his butt out there

Why do you want Carlos Rogers to play more?

I would like to see Hall take more playing time from Hicks, he is much more disruptive.

I would like all of these damn injuries to go away.

I would like to dump the TE/WR screen pass as the staple of our offense.

Though he has done some good things on 3rd down, I would love to see someone other then Dante out there as our main target.

Less of the soft coverage by our CB's.

Find a better motivation for your players then "It's time to go to work".

He does, he was their first round pick this year. A CB from Auburn picked like #9 or something.
