He really hasn't done much in the Indians system since they got him but is still fairly young. Seems like a low risk pickup for you guys.

If by robbed you mean, they have to trade away their players because they can't afford them, then yeah. But Montreal had one of the premier farms systems in baseball. Now that they are a big market team, that'll probably change.

Phillips is worth a shot. He ws a highly touted prospect a couple of years ago.

Plus we got almost nothing coming up in the farm system at middle infield. (Jeffrey Bianchi at short is about it).
