NFL Live report on the Chiefs

Just happened to be on my Tivo when I got home. Here are the specifics:

Golic and Salisbury had us winning the division. Kiper had us taking Tye Hill, Cromartie, or Lawson in the 1st, a WR (Jennings, Stovall, Brandon Williams) or DE (Tapp, or Kiwi) in the 2nd. How great would a Hill/Kiwi draft be?

Personally I think Kiper takes darts and throws them at his Big Board to determine what teams will pick beyond the top 10.

Why are we a favorite among any of those guys?

I don't know, but my guess is that i'd be considered a homer or optimistic with my beliefs -- like the defense will make further improvement upon last year, the offense will be about as good as last year, if not better, and that Herm Edwards - if nothing else - will bring some "road toughness" to the team.

And, with that said, I don't see us as anything better than a 9 or 10 win team, which won't take the West.
