Notre Dame quarterback Brady Quinn would have probably been a late first rounder if he'd declared for the 2006 NFL draft.

Instead, Quinn is the top player on our 2007 Top 20 Board. Check back regularly throughout the coming season as we get a handle on all the players. This is shaping up to be a very strong draft class.
