Love it or hate it....just my thoughts.

1 (23) Dwayne Bowe, WR, LSU

2 (54) Arron Sears, OT, Tenn

3 (84) Turk McBride, DT, Tenn

5 (139) Via trade with Detroit. Detroit gets Trent Green, KC gets Detroit's first fifth rounder: Doug Datish, C, Ohio St.

5 (160) C.J. Gaddis, CB, Clemson

6 (196) Le'Ron McClain, FB, Alabama

7 (231) Jacoby Jones, WR, Lane

I like the first two picks but I don't know anything about Turk McBride, so knowledge of that guy will determine my appreciation of that draft.

Datish is a R3 prospect, too.

Not sure where Jones is supposed to go, but it's much earlier than R7. Sears will be gone by the top of the 2nd too.

McBride is rated as one of the top 5 DTs in this year's draft by many. We'll be hard pressed to land him in the 3rd, IMO.

I'd prefer to see us trade up in the 2nd and land OT, Tony Ugoh from Arkansas for our Future LT instead of a guard.

Bowe has stone hands at times and concerns me a little.

Yea, I'm not exactly sure where some of these guys will be going in what rounds. I'd love it, if we could get Ugoh in the 2nd, but I doubt he'll be available to us then.

I figured if these guys were available in these rounds, then these would be the cats we should draft then.

I doubt Turk will be available in the third- more wishful thinking than reality.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if we drafted a QB somewhere too...
