Don't look now, but this guy is leading the team in batting average, on base percentage, and slugging. Capping that off, he hits the game winning homerun yesterday.

It seems like only yesterday that when Buck was at the plate the other team was looking at an easy out. I saw many a game back when he was hitting in the mid .100s a year or so ago where you knew that in the bottom of the ninth with Buck at the plate the game was over.

Seems like now he's getting a hit or a walk every time he's at the plate and not getting any support from the rest of the team. Who would have thought?

It's still early..........also John Buck leading the team in hitting may be a good reason for the record.
