I'm still waiting for an explanation as to why a pet food plant IN KANSAS needed to import a WHEAT PRODUCT from ANOTHER COUNTRY.

Protein is expensive and pet food is the low man on the totem pole. Kansas wheat gluten is expensive and the pet food processors don't like that. It's economics, not quality.

I heard Paige Walmart was inspecting the stuff, but she had the Chinese importer do the work for her.
