ARe teh players limited to how many times they can be considered?

44 judges.

No rating system, people vote their conscience.

They can go up until 25 after they retire. After that, the old timer committee can nominate them.

I've tried to read the tea leaves for years, and just don't have a clue why they vote the way they do.

Its too biased.

Everyone has their own agenda and favorites.

and this whole system of "Well, this guy is worthy, but has to wait 3 or 4 or 5 years" is just nonsense.

A guy is either a Hall of Famer when he retires or hes not.
