I think people are still in the Carl Peterson/Herm Edwards mode.

I trust Pioli and Haley's decision making skills, until they give me a reason not to.

I'm just enjoying this, cause it's the first time I have been excited as a Chiefs fan for a long time.

I can't wait until the staff is in place and they are gearing up for the draft.

I think the last time I was THIS excited was when we drafted Thomas in '89. We have been a patchwork team for 15 years and finally, a new wind is blowing. I hope we get a great DC that has the reigns of the defense and Haley allows him to make the calls as he sees fit, we get rid of Johnson and keep building towards a SB.
