Nice podcast. Kiper owns McShay when it comes to the QB's, especially when they discuss the Lions pick. Even though McShay is tough to handle, it's still worth a listen if you're into the draft.

McShay: "There's no way Kansas City is taking a QB."

It seems as if McShay is convinced that you have to play from day 1 if you are a top 3 pick since Matt Ryan has.
