If you vandalize a couple trees at an apartment complex what type of punishment could occur? My friend is freaking out about it and said some lady who works for the place seen it happen and yelled their names because they lived there last year and were often in trouble due to loud parties.

It was some small trees.. They just broke them or some shit like that.

I guess they might have to pay to have new trees planted. Take it out of their allowance. They might have to earn it by mowing old man Johnson's lawn or washing Mrs. McGillicuddy's car. I hope they learned a lesson.

I'd tell them that with Obama's presidency the democrats have passed some green laws making that sort of thing a pound you in the ass prison felony if they are tried as adults.

Criminal mischief under $500 is a misdemeanor. Unless the trees are rare or they broke a lot of them then any criminal action would most likely be a misdemeanor (in colorado)
