BUF @ KC Primer

Here's the comparison:

BUF (4-8) W: TB, NYJ, CAR, MIA... L: NE, NO, MIA, CLE, HOU, TEN, JAX, NYJ
KC (3-9) W: WAS, OAK, PIT... L: BAL, OAK, PHI, NYG, DAL, SD, JAX, SD, DEN

BUF Score O – 17 ppg vs KC Score D – 27 ppg
BUF Rush O – 106 ypg vs KC Rush D – 144 ypg
BUF Pass O – 168 ypg vs KC Pass D – 251 ypg

KC Score O – 16 ppg vs BUF Score D – 22 ppg
KC Rush O – 98 ypg vs BUF Rush D – 172 ypg
KC Pass O – 168 ypg vs BUF Pass D – 188 ypg

Turnover Ratio:
BUF (+2)
KC (0)

KC matches up fairly evenly with BUF; we both suck. Cold weather won’t affect BUF that much; they’re used to playing in it.

On defense: contain Fred Jackson (4.1 ypc) and force the Bills to throw. Lee Evans and TO are definite receiving threats, but BUF has thrown 15 INTs this season.

On offense: stop the turnovers and stupid play-calling, and r-u-n on the Bills. If we’re 1st and goal inside the 5, try running at least once between the tackles.

This one may come down to Mr. Irrelevant… I want strawberry-rhubarb pie at least one more time this season.

Without Flowers back there, it could be a long day for the secondary on the deep balls.

So, we'll get 19 points, 135 rushing and 178 passing, if we average what we get vs. what they give up.

Chiefs better win or I'll never hear the end of it from all the idiot Bills fans around here. They'll think they just won the goddamned Superbowl.

Would it prove anything if we beat buff? I mean we beat the stealers then ya think all right things arnt so bad we got some good things going for us we can build on, (even though Troy Poluma (sp) didn't play). Then we get embarrassing blown out by our division rivals & look terable on both sides of the ball.

I'm not going to get my hopes up the rest of the year even if we do win. I think winning is good to build on but could allso be miss leading that we got the players to win with for building a respectable hopefully championship caliber team in the next few years. What I saw the last two weeks made me puke, other than our kickers and some sacks by Tamba & Flowers playing good. We got nothing to build on this year for our future. Cassel really needs to step up his game too but don't think he is anything special at all.

I hate losing and want to win every game but the draft picks would be much sweeter to have for a rebuilding team. I want us to build a championship team and be dominant going into the next decade. Right now we suck & I don't think beating the Bills is going to change any thing about that, but buy Haily & Cassel another year to get us no where.
