Personally I wish we were all pissed off and MU and KSU were heckling us for taking a 3 star. When that happens I'll be happy with the state of KU football.

I think Gil is gonna do a trememdous job at recruiting. He is already getting some interesting kids in the door.

Hell even USC and Alabama have 3 star recruits. And KSU's class doesn't look any better than ours. I'll be happy if we can get close to the classes MU pulls in in the future.

Just a feeling, but I bet a lot of top athletes will want to come play for a headstrong, motivational black head football coach, whose former players gush over. So, recruiting will become definitively better, IMO.

If he can compete with NU and MU this year that would go a long ways towards recruiting.
