Fox Sports: AFCW Top Ten Players (various categories)

Top Ten Underachievers

#4 Derrick Johnson, LB, Kansas City - Johnson was a college legend at Texas, but his transition to the NFL has been a tough one. He’s never lived up to expectations in Kansas City, and he could be getting his last chance in 2010. New defensive coordinator Romeo Crennel will look to him to step up as a starter at inside linebacker, and he’ll need to perform if the Chiefs have a chance to rebound from a miserable defensive performance in 2009.

#3 Darren McFadden, RB, Oakland - McFadden was supposed to have an Adrian Peterson-like impact and help turn around the Raiders' fortunes. Instead, he’s struggled to hold off Michael Bush and Justin Fargas for the starting job in Oakland. He needs to finally live up to expectations before the Raiders send him packing along with JaMarcus Russell.

NFL's Top 10 Most Overpaid Players

#5 Matt Cassel, Chiefs QB - It made sense for former Pats exec Scott Pioli to bring Matt Cassel to Kansas City, but the price was steep, another $15 million this year. Cassel, who played well after Tom Brady tore his knee in '08, collected big bucks because the Pats had to franchise him to find a trading partner. No one is sure whom to blame in K.C., either -- a shaky WR corps, a young head coach (Todd Haley) who forever changed game plans or Cassel -- for 26 offensive TDs in '09.

Top Ten NFL injured players expected to return in 2010

#9 Jamal Williams, DT, Denver Broncos - He only played in one game for the Chargers last season thanks to a torn triceps muscle, but the Broncos are taking the chance he can improve their front four. If this Denver team can figure out how to pressure the quarterback, they may go places.

Thank god we cut Russell or the top five positions on overpaid and underachievers would list his fat ass. How about the track star that we drafted number 1 last year who could not catch a cold was he listed on underachievers? Or the DL we paid a gazillion dollar contract he should be listed on both above lists~
