Life Cigarette butts and the beach.

So I'm at Virginia Beach this week and can't help being disgusted and amazed at the shear number of Cigarette butts on the beach. Why are smokers to lazy to take care of their trash? I mean it's not only the beach, it's out the car window, in my yard, or on every single side walk in America. If your going to smoke, how hard is it to take care of your cigarette butts.

I put all mine in a large Big Gulp.

When it fills up I dump it out in the river.

One time I was at the beach and I kicked off my flip flop and stepped on a pop top. So I had to cruise on back home.

For what it is worth. I put my butts in an empty beer can. If I didn't empty my own it would not be a problem to find one. Then when I leave I take my trash and at least some of the other crap that was left there by the evil pop, and juice box drinkers before me. People are pigs.

So I got this inch long crack in my heel that was starting to hurt a bit. Took the ol ladies Ped Egg to it yesterday in the bathroom and scraped off a ****ing kilo of dead foot skin. Well I get up off the toilet to toss it the trash and I dropped that muther****er on the floor with dead foot skin flying everywhere. It's like walking on saw dust in there now.

I've ranted about this before on here. I don't have an issue with smokers, but I have a huge issue with litterers, and many smokers don't seem to think that throwing butts on the ground is the same as littering. It drives me nuts.

That said, I know this is another case of a minority making the majority who are considerate look bad.

A Chicago street that gets swept every night is one thing. A beach, or any other place of natural beauty, is something else entirely. Crushing out the butt and putting it in your pocket isn't a difficult thing to do.

Your exactly right except for the street thing, bottom line is that throwing down a cigarette butt is littering and is illegal.
