In a few frames it kinda looks like this guy might be hiding his arms,second vid in a T-shirt removes that thought even so...I'd still drop a buck in the hat.

He's not hiding his arms. If you had arms why would you learn to play guitar with your feet?

I wasn't slamming the guy Phil...just more often than not you see a curb "preformer" and know it's more scam than anything, this guy is just genuine.
