Zoo and Natural History are in the same park. The aquarium is cool but a rip off compared to the zoo which also has a pretty good ocean life area. You could easily do the zoo and MNH in one day.

Maybe this is more of a what-to-do-if-you-live-there thing but the town of Morrison is cool for a view of Denver from a little higher up. You can see Red Rocks, lunch at Morrison Inn, a little dinosuar fossil action at Dinosoaur Ridge.

I'd agree with this. The Aquarium is like $15 each, and it's about 30 minutes of entertainment for an adult. Might be worth it for a kid, I suppose. But I'd much rather go to the Zoo and DMNS. (Technically, it's not the "natural history museum" anymore.)

Oh, and for a 2 year old, I'd probably lean toward the zoo if you're having to choose just one. The DMNS is cool, but is probably a better fit for elementary school age or so.

Nice suggestion, but we don't really like the 'five legged calf' or 'bearded lady' type of carnival freak shows.

Stay away from Elitchs especially after the sun goes down.
Also there is a special exhibit at Mile High just for Chiefs fans where you can view replicas of Neil Smith's SB rings |

Go to the airport and see if you can get into the underground bunker they are still building underneath it.
